As a matter of fact, my favorite PEBKAC moment was an end user who couldn't understand that the arrow on the diskette actually served a purpose and did indeed indicate what direction it was supposed to be inserted into the drive. And her inability to shove the diskette in backwards resulted in a Severity 1 call.

So the shirt pictured is near and dear to my heart.
