Demano Recycled Bags

I'm one of these people who will go with how something looks or performs more than how good it is for the environment. You make me something recycled that's cool or that works really damn well (and it affordable, let's not forget that), then sign me up.

So that's why I think these are pretty cool: because they look cool. If you're into recycling, then double word score for you. But basically each year in Barcelona you get something like 20,000 banners that get tossed once the advertising campaign is through. But apparently a company called Demano is taking those along with some other stuff and making kickass bags. We, of course, recommend the ones with lots of black. But you knew this before you arrived.

By our calculations, the bag we're picturing is about US$47. Which isn't bad, honestly. Now shipping from Spain might bite you in the ass, though. But still.
