Motorola's New W Series of Phones

Engadget points out a low-end series of phones from Motorola. How low end? One has a black and white screen, even. You can see all the features (or the lack thereof) in the Motorola press release here. But we're talking FM radio (who still listens to radio?), most of them have a 128×128 screen, and qual-band GSM.
Now Engadget seems to give these things a hard time for being low-end. This might come as a shock–but not everybody needs a rocket in their pocket, so to speak. Some people actually want no frills phones to just use as…wait for it…phones. I would need to see the price point before I gave Motorola too much shit for this. Although I do think: come on, get a color screen. Live a little.
And one last thing, not to be a key nazi or anything, but I don't think I like the phones that lack distinct keys, like these and the RAZR phones. I like keys that are…you know, keys.
